As a licensed Arizona real estate agent with a background in property appraisal, Sami brings valuable insight into property values, market conditions, and the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
Her investment experience includes residential real estate, self-storage, and vacant land. Together with her investment partner, she has ownership experience in a portfolio of four residential rental units, and she is also a partner in a self-storage investment. Her experience working with vacant land further broadens her understanding of different real estate asset classes and their investment potential.
Sami's appraisal background provides a strong foundation for analyzing properties, assessing market value, and identifying opportunities. She approaches real estate investing with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on making informed acquisition decisions. His professional background includes more than 30 years in education and the arts in Northern Arizona. He studied art education at Northern Arizona University and developed a longstanding connection to the Sedona and Verde Valley communities. His experience as an educator and artist reflects a career built on creativity, independent thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
As a real estate investor, Geoffrey applies these qualities to evaluating property opportunities and considering the long-term potential of real estate assets. His familiarity with Northern Arizona and its communities, combined with his creative and analytical perspective, contributes to a disciplined approach to building and preserving wealth through real estate.
