Real Estate Investors
Sami and Geoffrey Worssam are Arizona-based real estate investors with a shared commitment to identifying opportunities and building long-term value through real estate. Their investment experience spans residential rental properties, self-storage, and vacant land, providing exposure to multiple real estate asset classes.
Together, they own a portfolio of four residential rental units, and Sami is a partner in a self-storage investment. Both have experience working with vacant land and recognize the opportunities that different property types can offer.
Their complementary backgrounds bring a unique perspective to real estate investing. Sami is a licensed Arizona real estate agent with experience in property appraisal, providing valuable expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and investment evaluation. Geoffrey brings an entrepreneurial and creative perspective informed by more than three decades of professional experience in education and the arts in Northern Arizona.
Together, they combine real estate industry knowledge, practical investment experience, and an appreciation for identifying property potential — centered on thoughtful acquisitions, sound evaluation, and the pursuit of sustainable long-term value.
